Restrictions: As part of your Contact Hour Application fee you will automatically receive a listing in the Calendar. ICEA Contact Hour Application and Contact Hour Program Number must be received by the ICEA Central Office prior to the appropriate Calendar deadline in order for the free listing to appear.

The ICEA Mission Statement will guide the acceptance of all advertising/calendar listings. ICEA reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any advertising/calendar listing which does not meet with its approved guidelines or space requirements.

The International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA) as a professional organization supports educators and other health care providers who believe in freedom of choice based on knowledge of alternatives in family-centered maternity and newborn care.

1. Calendar Listings: Listings are to be a minimum of ten words and a maximum of fifty. Typed copy, including the name, address and telephone number of the person submitting the material must be included. Organizations offering more than three events will be assigned a Sponsor Number that will be used in the Calendar in place of the contact. Sponsors need not pay for their name and address that will appear in the Sponsor's box. Sponsors are responsible to submit copy through the outlined procedure.
   
2. Terms: Full payment (payable to ICEA in US funds drawn on US bank) must be submitted with Calendar material.
   
   
3. Placement: ICEA reserves the right to determine the placement of the Calendar in the Journal as well as the size type to be used.
