The International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA) is a professional organization that supports educators and health care professionals who believe in freedom to make decisions based on knowledge of alternatives in family-centered maternity and newborn care.

The ICEA Lactation Advisory Committee recommended to the ICEA Board of Directors that a resource page for breastfeeding information be added to the ICEA website. The Board enthusiastically embraced this idea and the committee has assembled the resources listed below for use by all ICEA members, including certified childbirth educators, birth doulas, postpartum doulas, postnatal educators and prenatal fitness educators.
